I like the idea of bullhorns, but you don't need these huge effects! They're stupid, cliche, and annoying. Oh, and the palette's too dark. Needs more contrast.

The main problem there, is that any nice looking effect is huge.
That's why we all need to edge away from Sonic sized characters.
It makes them look overpowered.
